Why:
When financial, economic, and business valuation issues arise, more
than 45 law firms throughout Florida have turned to us for
assistance and expertise. We have worked with attorneys in
representation of both Plaintiffs/Petitioner and Defendants/Respondent.
We have been called upon to help identify and/or quantify issues
prior to the case being filed, or we have been called upon at the
last minute, just prior to a Final Hearing or Trial. Once we
undertake a case, we have never failed to meet a deadline. If those
are not enough reasons, we have more - read on. We have been hired
in more than 125 cases and have performed more than 100 business valuations in some 35
different industries in the past
10 years. We
have been qualified in courts throughout Florida as an expert in
accounting, business valuations, complex dissolution of marriage
issues, and financial matters in healthcare.
Who We Are Not:
We are not "bean counters," nor do we maintain a traditional CPA
practice. Because we do not maintain the traditional practice, it is
rare that we have a conflict of interest situation. We are truly
independent.
Fees:
Fees are always a concern in litigation. Fees can be very costly.
Our standard billing rates are well below our known competition. Our
ability to produce cost-effective results is made possible by our
experienced "hands-on" approach to problem solving - no layers of
staff, no learning curves to pass on. We are also flexible in our
fee structure - we can bill by the hour, or we can agree to a fixed
fee, or in very selected situations (where an opinion is not given,
or testimony is not required) we can agree to a results orientated
fee.
